  • @apocalist420 u mean vegan diets aka low calorie diets wouldreduce igf but certainly not long term as studies have showed. I would love to see just one of these studies and demonstrate your point

  • @apocalist420 also cancer has been associated with higher levels of IGF, insulin like growth factor, which is a direct result of increase carbohydrates. university of newcastle UK are now researching this to target the pathways for how IGF operates. ofcourse it would be alot easier and cheaper to not eat too many carbs in the 1st place.

  • well thats been proven my fossils, just like we know dinosaurs existed n wot they ate. our teeth are not like cows teeth, ours our designed to eat meat. its with the advent of the modern diet do we start to see all these problems, before which they were non existent, best examples of this is when u look at missionary and medical records during colonial times when tribes in Africa ate their traditional untampered diet and then adopted the modern diet. how much more proof do u need? prize please

  • @apocalist420 well thats easy. the natural diet for humans based on our evolution is a high meat i.e. high fat and protein diet with fibrous veg and fruit every so often. this is based on food that was available to us during our evolution. carb dense food only came about after agriculture some 10,000 years ago. can i have my nobel prize now please?

  • Very interesting. Even more reason to believe why low carb is good.
