i don't know why some people complain about the music for MVC 2, I thought it pretty cool, it was relaxing and peppy at the same time.

@Myron085 WOw, thats both desperate and lame. If it didnt happen in the orignal, then why put it there. I mean, yeah, Ryu's Shinku-Hadouken is a beam now, but thats cuz its a more powerful upgrade from his standard super.

Since its Ultimate, they decided to give characters new moves and stuff, Buffing and Nerfing them too. Seems like they trolling Cyclops even more with Viper's Beam lol. Zero and Deadpool both have new quotes for Mega Man.

Deadpool: " Capcom should really go back and put me in their other games. Ya know, Resident Deadpool, Mega Deadpool..."

Zero: " If X were here, he would have tried to talk things out first. Unfortunately for you, X isn't here. "

Because Marvel themselves said they did not not want him in the game, they did not want to exploit him. That's the reason why he's not in MvC3. Capcom wanted Cyclops in the game, Marvel said NO

Unfortunately Gambit and Iceman wont make a return in MvC3. Marvel didn't want to exploit Gambit so that's why he wont be in the game. He might or might not be DLC, but we'll see.

MvsC2 had a unique cast of characters (and a lot of them)blackheart, son son, captain commando!! There are a total of 36 characters on the disc in MvC3. There are 4 unlockable characters in MvC3 and they are Akuma, Taskmaster, Hsien-Ko, and Sentinel. Shuma Gorath and Jill Valentine are DLC and they will be released March 15 so thats brings out a total of 38 characters. Frank West and Elektra were originally on the leaked list roster and were confirmed to be removed from the game, so chances are those 2 will be the next DLC characters.

Yeah it is less, but see the characters in MvC3 were built from scratch, unlike MvC2 where the characters were copied and pasted from previous vs series. When MvC3 was announced in April 2010, Capcom said they was going to have at least 30 characters. People were shocked, complaining about the number of characters, but it soon died down. The game was in development since 2008 so yeah. But there will be more DLC characters though so there will be more than 40 characters

I never played okami before, but im interested in learning Amaterasu. Im glad we got Zero too. As for Vergil, Capcom originally planned to have Dante as the only DMC rep for this game, but the DMC Team said "since you have Dante in the game, what about Trish"? And that's how Trish got in the game. DMC Team never mentioned Vergil at all, just Dante and Trish.

Ryota Niitsuma the Producer of MvC3 said on the Live Stream last week that " Megaman X is something we'll consider, we're not done with characters yet, and we want to make all the fans happy". If there is going to be a Megaman in this game, it would be X. He also said that X and Apocalypse were planned for the game, but didnt make it. So it looks like X is going to be DLC, just have to wait and see
