hey i competed wrestling here b4, amateur ofcourse hehe and do you guys know the russian wrestler yuri sharmouradov? I had his instructional freestyle wrestling video before but I lost it. Do you guys know that video, cause it contained many defenses for singles and doubles.

I would just crossface the shit out of the dude really hard at the same time you snap that leg down with the whizzer almost like ur prying him off you with one motion cuz you can flip him over when he shoots in and u put in ur whizzer, just crossface hard and snap ur foot back down and throw him over. I do it all the time in wrestling....try to break their nose with ur crossface lol

Kendal Grove did it against Evan Tanner several times. I've seen it work in other fights too. So it does work in certain situations.
