no, Kazune and Karin were kinda together long time ago but not as themselves. Suzuka is Karin's former self, she and Professor Kujiou (Kazune's "dad") were lovers. Professor Kujiou,scientist, wanted to protect Suzuka(from SOMETHING..)

Kazune is NO WAY Professor Kujiou, he is just a clone. a lab rat i guess...thats why his eye color is the same as Micchi's left eye, the eye Professor Kujiou fixed.

Karin is awhole diff person tho, Suzuka's memories are like..locked away.
