He is the grandson of GWENLLAN SAM...His sire is GWENLLAN BOSSY so he has out standing blood lines.
He is a very hot headed young horse as he is a GWENLLAN and we all know they are bred for ths show ring lol. He is from the Llanidan stud who has bred some fine young Welsh cobs.

I am not telling you what to do I am just giving you a suggestion. You will go alloooottttt faster if you lean forward more. It makes it easier for the horse to just flat out gallop.

the changes was uplanded, it helped stop him boltin lol but he is in a softer bit now and is happy, his flying changes are so much better once hes doing as he is told, but hes still young

he bites or kicks out at every one but now i can do what ever i want hes my lill puddin lol no one belives me when i say what hes realy like because hes not stupid he will try biting them when there not looking and hes a big softy with me haha
if any one was to walk near him on go into his field he would kill them and am not messing

i had him blood tested to see him he was a rig because rigs are said to be more agressive than stallions so that what we thorught he was because we didnt see him getting cut
but now i have put him in his place hes a lot better
he was ment to be my mums horse but they dont get on and hes to strong she wanted a plod
i was out riding and a car was pulling a trailer and i asked him to slow but he never
millie put her bum out and the side or mirro hit her bum
she jumped out the way and her back legs went down the bank
i got of and she couldnt put weight on it so i walked her then after a bit she was fine and started being stupid so i had to get on or shed of crushed me
then we meet a van on a hill we couldnt past then millie ran backwords down the bloody hill sat on a parked car then kicked it
i wold have sat on a car aswell .. i wouldnt have been impressed by cars hitting me on the bum .. but glad she wasnt really badly hurt but it must have been scary wen she hurt her back legs "/
some drivers have no respect .. this guy with a trailer full of stuff came shooting past me and my pony almost hit us . i swore at him and he heared me and stopped and i shit myself and trotted off quickly :L again glad she was not badly hurt (: millie is gawgus :D xxxx
Wow! I've not kept track of your vids for a while so i logged on and i found this and wow is there an improvemt or what!! You should be extremly proud of yourself mate well done! He looks absolutly stunning and hes a credit to the breed :D I think with the filling out he will get there, if you go up and down some steep hills that will help him gradually build it up but for now he looks absolutly gorgeous! Keep it up!

iv got him a new bit its ment to be the next one up from the snaffle but its not got the nutcracker action in the roof of his gob lol its the hanging cheek revolver i thik its going to be to kind tho and hes realy hard to stop on a good day haha as you can see in one of these clips
Aww lol i use a JP French link snaffle its a french link but either side of the mouthpiece is curved. It's kinder than a snaffle and Shadow instantly relaxed in her mouth cos shes always been so tense with being an ex trot racer so shes always stiff but yea i've had no trouble with it, i thought she'd be stronger but shes not trying to resist or anything so yey lol.. It's just to tie me over until i move onto bitless..

Yea i've tried bitless on Shads before but it as when she couldnt turn so i decided i'll just carry on with the bit until shes supple again and then ill try her again once i feel shes ready :P Good luck anyways lol :D
Shes doing alright, ive stuck to walk mainly doing quite a bit of bending and transitions and stuff and shes gotten alot bettr she can actually turn her neck now which is great we've had a few trots inbetween and shes come on so well compared to the first few weeks it actually feels like a trot not some awful joggy trotty runny thing lol she comes down into an outline pretty easy.. just wish i had some footage of her ive only got one vid of her when i first got on her again :/

haha i hate that trot we had a ex race horse and trotter at the stables i used to have lessons when i was 8 the race horse was ok because she had been out of racing a few years but the troter had only been there a few weeks and she still trotted like that but i think they sold her now shes doing bsja and dressage every weekend lol
Haha aww lol bless i love it when they get a new lease of life :) it's amazing shes dong bjsa aswell many people think trotters are a waste of time but they really arnt they have lovely tempraments and once they get their balence and rythm back they really do have nice trots lol :P
Shads is in foal though so i'm pretty limited to what i can do really so just gunna work on walk and trot and hack out to keep her fit. It's great though about that mare :)
Apparently, a red and white trotter thats got a lil bit of feather on it lol (Shadow has no feather at all) I'm hoping it turns out as a solid though lol her last foal was black and she was covered by a coloured then aswel.. So yea guess we wait and see shes got a belly on her now though you know theres a a foaly inside lol hehe
Yea full loan, urm well the foal has to stay with Shadow for about 4-6 months or so but nothing has really been arranged, i reckon if its a coloured he will want to keep it or something and if its a solid he will sell it on so i guess we will have to see wont we lol the dream is to eventually buy both Shadow and the foal but theres a slight problem called money hehe lol :P

iv had him 5 months now and hes filling out but he is young and its not fair or me comparing him to millie because shes been well fed from day 1 because she was a showing filly and iv had he rsince she was 4 months old so she had all ready been to shows at 3 weeks old
well the 1st time i tock him up the mountain on his own we meet one of the wild stallions and 3 of his 100 + mares but they had 2 foals with them and my god the stallion in only about 12hh but he was roring it shit me up big time he ran at us and lewi is only 3 and a gelding but bless him he stode his groud and ran at the stallion with me on him i thorught they where goin to fight i was screaming at the stallion and he finaly went away when the mares left
he can do flying changes a lot better than that he only did one full change the rest where just his front legs and i had to fight him for it he was in a (all i want to do is gallop)mood haha
yer that trot is stunning now i have a better saddle i can sit better to it but cant go sitting for to long because hes so bounce
i only realy go for chestnuts but any horse with a big blaze i love am not realy a star person after having these to with loads of white xxx
i have one of the best farriers around and i love him hes expensive but arrives on time and is realy good with my young horses lewis a shit because it was his 2nd hot shoes and his 4 shoes lol
its £70 for a full set and £50 for just the front
millie has a full set and lewi bucks at millie and he can kick out at ppl he dosnt no so hes just got fronts till next year so thats £120
i pay for it by working my but of lol thank god my mum helps me because i have to ride them both every day or they get crazy and i cant go a day with out riding so i only do 6-9 hours a day but i would do more if my mum didnt help me lol

oh i know we think my pony was badly treated when he was young. he's only 4 too...the last owner he had bought him at auction cos he was going to be sold to a french butcher! what a waste! so yeah he's still VERY jumpy now like sometimes he won't let me touch him in th field or whatever but he's gettin better slowly...tho still has his moments. not aggressive though luckily, he wud never kick or rear, he'd rather run away! haha such a wimp.

since he pushed the wrong person and i finaly flipped because he reared and got me right in the ribs
belive me he got such a fright from me screaming at him hes not tryed it again lol
i tryed the nice way because i no hes had a horid horid past where he was beaten up and locked up for 4 months at 8 months old i felt sorry but you have to let them no am not going any where and he soon lernt he can buck me off but il get right back on lol poor horse how can somone beat a foal

if any one was to walk near him on go into his field he would kill them and am not messing
he was sooooo agressive and would rear up and try kicking me in the face
i had him blood tested to see him he was a rig because rigs are said to be more agressive than stallions so that what we thorught he was because we didnt see him getting cut
but now i have put him in his place hes a lot better
he was ment to be my mums horse but they dont get on and hes to strong she wanted a plod

i was out riding and a car was pulling a trailer and i asked him to slow but he never
millie put her bum out and the side or mirro hit her bum
she jumped out the way and her back legs went down the bank
i got of and she couldnt put weight on it so i walked her then after a bit she was fine and started being stupid so i had to get on or shed of crushed me
then we meet a van on a hill we couldnt past then millie ran backwords down the bloody hill sat on a parked car then kicked it

i wold have sat on a car aswell .. i wouldnt have been impressed by cars hitting me on the bum .. but glad she wasnt really badly hurt but it must have been scary wen she hurt her back legs "/
some drivers have no respect .. this guy with a trailer full of stuff came shooting past me and my pony almost hit us . i swore at him and he heared me and stopped and i shit myself and trotted off quickly :L again glad she was not badly hurt (: millie is gawgus :D xxxx

Wow! I've not kept track of your vids for a while so i logged on and i found this and wow is there an improvemt or what!! You should be extremly proud of yourself mate well done! He looks absolutly stunning and hes a credit to the breed :D I think with the filling out he will get there, if you go up and down some steep hills that will help him gradually build it up but for now he looks absolutly gorgeous! Keep it up!

Haha really? It's stunning where you live lol i'm in Yorkshire.. so to ride on the beach we have to get a horsebox and drive for two hours lol :P
We got very bad weather the day before and yesterday yea it wasn't very nice but ive seen worse.. Yea its nice this morning i'm off riding later on woop hehe

lewi being realy bad her crushed me last night on the gate then i fell on me knees and he crushed my head it realy hurt i might take him down the beach for a bloody good gallop and get it all out of him
iv got him a new bit its ment to be the next one up from the snaffle but its not got the nutcracker action in the roof of his gob lol its the hanging cheek revolver i thik its going to be to kind tho and hes realy hard to stop on a good day haha as you can see in one of these clips

Aww lol i use a JP French link snaffle its a french link but either side of the mouthpiece is curved. It's kinder than a snaffle and Shadow instantly relaxed in her mouth cos shes always been so tense with being an ex trot racer so shes always stiff but yea i've had no trouble with it, i thought she'd be stronger but shes not trying to resist or anything so yey lol.. It's just to tie me over until i move onto bitless..
Yea i would be if i had a larg expanse of beach in front of me :P

Haha i'm sure you will be fine your a really good rider :D And he might hve alot of energy but they can't run forever lol :P or just turn him into the sea if u try it on the beach im sure he will slow down once he has to swim haha lol
Yea i've tried bitless on Shads before but it as when she couldnt turn so i decided i'll just carry on with the bit until shes supple again and then ill try her again once i feel shes ready :P Good luck anyways lol :D

Shes doing alright, ive stuck to walk mainly doing quite a bit of bending and transitions and stuff and shes gotten alot bettr she can actually turn her neck now which is great we've had a few trots inbetween and shes come on so well compared to the first few weeks it actually feels like a trot not some awful joggy trotty runny thing lol she comes down into an outline pretty easy.. just wish i had some footage of her ive only got one vid of her when i first got on her again :/

haha i hate that trot we had a ex race horse and trotter at the stables i used to have lessons when i was 8 the race horse was ok because she had been out of racing a few years but the troter had only been there a few weeks and she still trotted like that but i think they sold her now shes doing bsja and dressage every weekend lol

Haha aww lol bless i love it when they get a new lease of life :) it's amazing shes dong bjsa aswell many people think trotters are a waste of time but they really arnt they have lovely tempraments and once they get their balence and rythm back they really do have nice trots lol :P
Shads is in foal though so i'm pretty limited to what i can do really so just gunna work on walk and trot and hack out to keep her fit. It's great though about that mare :)

Apparently, a red and white trotter thats got a lil bit of feather on it lol (Shadow has no feather at all) I'm hoping it turns out as a solid though lol her last foal was black and she was covered by a coloured then aswel.. So yea guess we wait and see shes got a belly on her now though you know theres a a foaly inside lol hehe

Yea full loan, urm well the foal has to stay with Shadow for about 4-6 months or so but nothing has really been arranged, i reckon if its a coloured he will want to keep it or something and if its a solid he will sell it on so i guess we will have to see wont we lol the dream is to eventually buy both Shadow and the foal but theres a slight problem called money hehe lol :P

iv had him 5 months now and hes filling out but he is young and its not fair or me comparing him to millie because shes been well fed from day 1 because she was a showing filly and iv had he rsince she was 4 months old so she had all ready been to shows at 3 weeks old

well the 1st time i tock him up the mountain on his own we meet one of the wild stallions and 3 of his 100 + mares but they had 2 foals with them and my god the stallion in only about 12hh but he was roring it shit me up big time he ran at us and lewi is only 3 and a gelding but bless him he stode his groud and ran at the stallion with me on him i thorught they where goin to fight i was screaming at the stallion and he finaly went away when the mares left

he can do flying changes a lot better than that he only did one full change the rest where just his front legs and i had to fight him for it he was in a (all i want to do is gallop)mood haha
yer that trot is stunning now i have a better saddle i can sit better to it but cant go sitting for to long because hes so bounce
i only realy go for chestnuts but any horse with a big blaze i love am not realy a star person after having these to with loads of white xxx

i have one of the best farriers around and i love him hes expensive but arrives on time and is realy good with my young horses lewis a shit because it was his 2nd hot shoes and his 4 shoes lol
its £70 for a full set and £50 for just the front
millie has a full set and lewi bucks at millie and he can kick out at ppl he dosnt no so hes just got fronts till next year so thats £120
but soon to be £140 every 6 weeks lol

i pay for it by working my but of lol thank god my mum helps me because i have to ride them both every day or they get crazy and i cant go a day with out riding so i only do 6-9 hours a day but i would do more if my mum didnt help me lol
