Some dick-ride and say he caused entire movements to stop but its more complicated. EG People been hating on auto-tune for a minute. So for Jay-Z to make a song about it, it is just echoing a sentiment more than anything. As for jersey's, niggas been rockin before and since Jigga. That don't make you the best *rapper*. If you want to talk about the *craft*, it is not as easy to rule out other niggas like BIG, Pac and Nas like you have. Jay is dope but you need justify your case based on music.
