@Haveba wouldnt upload any more, these things are highly copyrighted, sad but true. Though dont know on what terms the videos get removed because some, like yours are on youtube for years with no trouble, but maybe if someone finds one from your account, checks some more, gets 3 videos then you get banned.

All big budget movies have a digital watermark. It's a special code that's in every scene of the movie. If you copy or upload a movie straight from the DVD, you also copy or upload the hidden watermark code. YouTube is forced to check all uploads for these codes. But if you record a movie with a camera pointed at your television (like this guy did), and you upload it, YouTube won't detect the watermark and the upload isn't automatically removed.

Im ok with banning ppl who upload movies but clips from movies... this should be legal, it promotes the movie much more then one trailer.

@TheExoticAnimal i would say your german. im chinese but born here in america. don't know any chinese at all but am slowly learning ever since i visited the motherland 2 years ago. i consider myself 100% american but ethnically chinese. hope that helps
