LOL have you tried phoning them?! that's a joke they say the number is unavailable please call 0845 300 50 90 the same goddam number!!!! i cant contact them to updaye my bank details so i'm trying the new darlington number tomorrow: 0141 243 3660 and my online account has been locked for no reason and i cant even reset it It's crazily bad and i start uni in 2 weeks! I hate student finance!!!!!!

if you call the 0141 our darlington number it will just be our receptionist who can not help you at all you need to phone the main number sorrrry

I recorded delivered the last letter they sent.
So i just hope it gets there and cant believe they are a month behind! I looked last night and was still on awaiting signiture !
So happy this is my last ever year of getting applying for student loan.
