None of the solos in kill em all are by Dave Mustaine. His solos were cut out because he never had a definite solo. He always improvised in live shows. If you hear Demos of Metallica the solos suck ass.. until Kirk Came in the band. And if you think about it. The Demo Bonded by Blood has solos that are the SAME to the ones in kill em all. Therefore Kirk Copied nothing :)
