Hi Roberata, How ironical it is that one indian is learning from Amerrican or English, how to do visvamitrasana. I recently started doing Yoga(many indians do not value the treasure that our sages gave us). I am good with Sirsasan(a), Vrishchikasan(a) and thought of checking out visvamitrasana because it is (visvamitra) is name of my nephew and was one of the most respected sage.
Good thing I saw here was that you covered all poses(of-course music was also wonderful)
Yes! It's true! It is a challenging balance pose for me. I think it's important to show that teachers are always learning and our practices are always evolving :)

Excellent. I'm so encouraged to see that even experts wobble a bit in some of these asanas! (A lot less than me though!!)
