@DivaWWESVR you unlock most of the characters in Universe, whenever you see a ??? in a match slot play the match and if it's a locked character beat him or win the match with that character to unlock him/her also after a match Mr.McMahon will give you another opponent and it should be a locked character also you unlock the legends by doing all the challenge matches in RTWM then find the legend at Wrestlemania and beat him to unlock that legend
