Wow, thank you for reminding me of this. Very true. I get in the rut of just avoiding dealing with the pain because often I don't know how, or if i sincere with myself, just because I want to keep being miserable, deep down. I get the daunting task of transforming my negativity, and sometimes ts just easier to get an order of super sized fries with ice cream. But sooner or later it dawns upon you, that you are just adding to the problem and avoiding it. Sooner or later one better pay attention!
