lots of pressure in the back foot and put back toes to they are just in the back pocket, and for the front foot, put it as you would for a kickflip but have your toes pointed torward the nose

kind of short and to the point tip cuz i dont feel like writing a whole paragraph haha

put your back foot in the pocket like a tre flip but on the other side of you board and really use alot of pressure in that back foot to keep it under you
