Thank you so much for sharing.I have pots, and despite treatment I go through everything you described on a daily basis. It's good to hear from someone going through the same thing you are.Because the average person can never really understand what we deal with.
I have POTS and every symptom you described. Thanks for making this video... people just don't understand, it's so hard to explain to them. The chance of spontaneous recovery is better with adolescents though so maybe you'll be one of the lucky ones... I am 27 so I'm losing hope, but maybe one day. I hope you are able to manage your symptoms in order to feel well and have a "normal" youth... POTS is such a hard thing to live with!
Hello! Thanks for finding the courage to share your story. I too have POTS and can relate to many things you said like eating out in public. I will look forward to your future video(s). I have always wanted to make a video myself, but unfortunately, most days I can't tolerate sitting up for more than a few minutes at a time. I am always grateful for YouTube videos as they help pass the time when I'm bed-ridden. Thanks! :)
Wow, sounds similar to something I experience called Postural Hypotension where I get dizzy and lightheaded when I stand because my blood pressure drops. I was told to stay hydrated and eat more salt. I usually see white specks and feel like I'm falling so I crouch down or lean on a wall. At the docs office, I stand up, walk, and sit on the exam table and they ask why my heart is so beating fast. However, I've never fainted. I'm going to make another appointment. Thx for sharing your story.
