Hey girls! This make up is amazing on caramel and dark skin so go for it! I am 1/2 tahitian-1/2 black caribbean so I have a caramel skin but my best friend is from Africa and has a gorgeous dark skin, it camed out like a teal on her and as it's my favorite color I was so jealous! lol :D

You can use a khol eye liner penci and apply it in a rough line on you top lash line and smudge it with a brush over your eye lid. thats what i do and it works :D
