If its a project you want, i suggest getting the VFR400

and buy whats called TYGA body kit, just google TYGA and you will find the shop online.

when there finished they look roughly the same as this bike does :)

I've seen the TYGA kits, they're pretty nice but I'd rather mould them myself at work for the price they're asking. Besides, the longer it takes me to get a kit together the longer I can sod around with what's underneath. :)

Update: I've got an '03 plate SP1 sitting in the garage now as my project. I figure if I'm going to spend all my time working with it I may as well keep it. On another note, I'm selling my Duc 1098 now since I can't afford to keep both and my car. PM if interested. :)

Private buy. But there are good dealers for RVF's around and then just order the tyga kit and do a custom respray - after its al done its going to come to same price as sumoto give you anyway... pm me if you want more info

I think its pretty much the same, but I've had to use custom made brackets that i've secured behind the rear sets for the lower cowling and some off the h-bar for the side fairing, but if you order direct from tyga you can just explain what you need and they should have what it takes

It had just over 32k on the clock when i got it. Sumoto can't tell you what they will come with but can guarantee less than 30k is what they say
