Funny: Palestinian Arabs that live in Israel have ALL the basic rights as JEWISH citizens: right to vote, free speech, freedom of RELIGION, etc. this is clearly NOT "apartheid". Israel is ALREADY free. People, yes including Palestinian Arab men AND WOMEN, have the right to vote, practice their religion, etc. Again, they have more rights than they would in any other Arab country! First of all Israel is not a democracy, its an ethnic democracy (aka apartheid state). As many Israeli Arab's say "Israel is a democracy for Jews and it is Jewish for Arabs". yes, Israel IS a democracy! You don't even know the definition of apartheid! It is "a policy of racial segregation and political and economic discrimination". That sounds more like an ARAB country to me. Try living in one of those countries as an outsider and see what happens. Just because I haven't been to an Arab country doesn't mean I don't know what's going on there. Are my depictions at all inaccurate? I think not.

So what if Mandela and/or Tutu called Israel an Apartheid state? I don't recall them even saying this, but if they did, they'd be wrong. Many world leaders are wrong about a lot of things.

By the way, I think Beck and Limbaugh are nutcases and I only listen to their shows on occasion for LAUGHS.

Having been at one of the muslim events (aka "anti-israel") rallys at UCI I can say for a fact that the hate and venom coming from the muslim student (??? how old are those "students????") union is alarming, intimidating and unjustified. For an educational institution to promote this unconscionable annual event without proper dialogue and appropriate context is shameful!
