I saw one of these at the junkyard today,it was totaled but the dumb ass who owned it didnt realize that it could have been fixed easy, and be a good car instead of getting crushed.Well anyways,it was a beautiful car!!STUNNING!!!!!
I don't know if anyone's had the issue of your keys breaking, but both sets of keys for my 2005 ES330 have cracked/broken in half and the actual key has come out many times. Now they're wrapped with electrical tape.
You'd think paying 35K for a car would guarantee some good keys...
aim going about 100km every week to work and my 08 accent does not fit for this kind of trips every week so iam thinking of getting 03 or o04 of ES300 , found one with about 9k. i thing am gonna get it
btw, i just recently bought a 2003 es300 and its great, I love it. Its pretty obvious that it uses the basics of the toyota camry, but trust me, it aint a camry! There is still quite a margin betweeen even the camry xle and this car...the inside of the lexus still has much more class.
this car is not just a rebadged camry...it has many upgrades to the camry. real wood inside, much nicer dash, much nicer seats with higher grade leather, more features, etc. most all entry level luxury cars share platforms and engines with lower end family sedans. Heck, cadillacs top of the line fleetwood was just a glorified chevy caprice for the longest time and no one had a problem with it. I'm sure some of the audi models are just "dressed up" VWs.
cream interior is not bad. but best looking interior in a car thats less than 50k is the all black on black 2005 es330. no other car compares. wood trim on passenger side. wood on the wheel. black preforated leather that looks better than any merc/audi/bmw/infiniti. best looking interior car...... with launch control you could accelerate more faster than some v8's
The interior of the ES330 and the ES300 (from 02 - 03) is better looking in my opinion than the later ES350. The curves and lines of the dash and console are smoother and more attractive in the 300/330.
ive driven an 05. very nice handling. steering is incredibly soft therefore easy to put the car where you want it. even as an automatic, the shifting is great, especially in higher rpms. variable vavle timing is also nice to hear ;) car can pull hard too.
@thecarexpert16 all lexus maitinance is expencive. And for every1 that walt to but this car, i recommend u pût mid- grade gas in it. I hoghly recommend any lexus
Freaking LOVE this car. I have the exact same colored one as he's showing in the video (the dark blue) and i get more compliments then any other car I've ever had. I've had this baby since 2004 and it's never given me any trouble as well as been in 1 pretty bad accident and I've been able to walk away. I would recommend this car to anyone who has the chance to get one.
Great video! I am doing my research on this particular model. I plan on buying a used older model sometime next year and wanted to get your honest opinion on a few things. What is the maintenance cost? Does it matter if I get premium gas or will the mid or regular grade work. Is it costly to insure. I am considering between a 2004-2006 years.
Hi there. I've been watching your videos and channel for a while now and I really enjoy you're video's. I just wanted to ask as you mentioned in a video, that the lexus es350's have a standard subwoofer . I just wondered where they are placed in the car when it's built.
i have a 2005 es330...it looks beautiful i installed the CCFL projector head lights, i put tints on it, chrome grill, and a custom lip spiler, also brand new chrome lexus rims, im making a video of it soon.
Lol if you ever need to ask a question instead of posting it on every comment haha, just post it on my channel comments, he's driving the 2003 lincoln aviator, he's not buying another one right now
I'm totally in love of the ES model year 97, still beautiful today, the 2004 generation was a bit cheap talking about design but still a greatest car aniway. The 2007 generation is beautiful.
I totally agree with you. The third gen ES300 from 1997 to 2001 was absolutely stunning, and very classy, kinda reminiscent of the 1998-2000 LS400. The LS460 is gorgeous, and you know it's baby brother is gonna be something special. It always is. The 2002-2006 was not everyone's favorite because it was modeled after the LS430, which was too mundane looking, and not exciting. I prefer the LS400 and the LS460 to the LS430, and same with the ES. 1992-2001, 2007- to 2002-2006. ES is as great as LS.
the interior is absolutely gorgeous

I drove an ES 330 as a loaner car from a Lexus dealership while buying another one. I've been in love ever since.
The ride was so smooth and quiet that it was unreal. Mind you, this was a car with over 200K miles on it.
It was beautiful.

In my opinion, it's kind of awkward looking. It shares very similar looks to the 05 Camry that we have.
summerdude 2 years ago
Clarifying my comment- I think the front is the only part that looks awkward. Very nice car overall though.
summerdude 2 years ago
Because it pretty much is the Camry you have, and the vehicle it's modeled off of, the LS430, looks like a big Camry.
