Rock Band 2 works with Guitar Hero World Tour, Guitar Hero Metallica and Guitar Hero Aerosmith. It is only incompatible with Guitar Hero 3. I tested.

No! Trust me, I learned the hard way. RB2 drums only work with GH:WT for Xbox 360 (i don't know about PS3 or PS2). I asked for the RB2 drums for Christmas. I got them, and they would not work with Guitar Hero! I purchased Rock Band 2 and they work. I highly recommend purchasing Rock Band 2. It is a great game!

ya rock band drums are compatible with GH:WT, they made an update so every song is converted to only the four notes on the rock band drum kit

Cool. But the double pedal is considered cheating D:< Yet, they let people use shit like Goodwoodmods DIY pads......and you're aloud to convert a full electric kit with mesh heads into a rockband set. And that's not cheating? I don't understand Harmonix and EA sometimes....

you're kidding Double Bass is not necessary because Harmonix and NeverSoft only chart one bass pedal they do not use Double Bass ever. GoodWoods is a pad that is bouncier and quieter. Harmonix approved this cause they also let out the ION DRUM ROCKER made by ION. The drum kits are just extra bounce and quiet which is nessecary but double bass pedal isn't when they only chart half the bass for no Double Bass Pedal required. So i'm just saying only YOU can't understand Harmonix. The rest Can.

i agree. I don't think Double Bass is necessary. You can hit fast bass hits with just one Pedal. But the DIY is basically a performance enhancer in a way. Some people who use Goodwoods would be shit without them. but, i get the quiet-ness part.

Well, i was told by a friend who plays alot. She said that the Silencers would ruin my rolls so i didn't bother getting them. I think the RB 2 pads are way more quieter than RB 1. I did get the silencers to prevent that painful bubble problem. Nothing seems wrong yet. Plus i have the cymbals. And im looking at a Destroyer Pedal. So, i think i'll have a somewhat ultimate kit after that :D

The hi-hat cymbal sounds like a closed hi-hat. I bought all three cymbals off of Amazon. Im quite pleased with them. I didn't read alot of good reviews on the but i haven't had any problems with them at all :D
