  • ok guys, going from 1300-1800ish is pretty easy but, iv been doing this everyweek on my cardio days and once you get to 1900 it becomes extremely hard to get the score up lol

  • I got 1313 points. I got max reps on every exercise (20kg kettlebell) except the last one (117), so I'll probably break my record next time. I just have to get bigger kettlebells.

  • i did1528 on my first attempt. next time will use more 38 kg instead of 32 to maximize score. we have several clients at SwingThis Kettlebell Fitness who arein the extreme and superhuman catagory. thanks valery this is great.

  • First attempt of the Kettlebell Pentethlon on 2011-09-17. My score : 1411

    With 24kg (exercises 1; 3 and 4) and 20kg (exercises 2 and 5).

  • Great idea! I tried the Pentahlon yesterday for the first time with a 16kg, will try a 20kg now that I have a comfortable benchmark score. I would like to suggest that you substitute the last exercise (push press) for a power endurance exercise such as doing burpees with a KB snatch on alternate arms for the full 6 minutes. The addition of this type of exercise will allow those with gifts in cardio endurance some chance to place well agaist a pure power lifter.

  • @nordicxcman You don't do burbees in GS.

  • I'm digging this Pentathlon. My first time score using the 28kg for all but the 1/2 Snatch (16kg) was: 107 50 77 80 40 for 1119. After a few more weeks of training, I should be able to bring that score up a little. Thanks Coach!

  • I was in the first certification class where the quotient was used as the end day excercise review/fitness test. Loved doing it, glad to see it is now a sport!

  • @SpellieDev Me too but I didnt use the weights Ivan used, I used 32, 20, 24, 20, 24 and I felt wonderful the whole evening. I didnt count my score because I was so exhausted :)

  • @h4x0lZzz I still have a ways to go, I used 16 the whole way and scored 1026. If I can break 1500 I'd be pretty happy.
