Having one of these inside of your home is not a good thing.

There is a way to trap it but I suggest that you use a suitable insecticide product.

One that kills centipedes.

PS:

I do not promote the killing of these creatures and apparently I set mine free, but if there is one in the house, then a good insecticide spray or powder is the way to go.
