Caniggia estuvo fenomenal en el 90 (goles contra Italia y Brasil) y en el 94 (2 goles contra Nigeria). No entiendo porque no jugó en 1998. Eso de que lo echaron porque tenia el cabello demasiado largo no me lo creo yo. Y eso de haberlo convocado en el 2002 para luego dejarlo en el banquillo lo veo como una gilipolléz.

Caniggia en la seleccion siempre anduvo bien. Debio haber jugado en 98 y en 2002. Me dio muchas mas alegrias que Batistuta (que hizo un monton de goles en partidos sin importancia, nunca en los desicivos, como el Cani: Italia, Brasil, en el 94 a Nigeria, y despues se lesionó..). Seguro que si jugaba en 2002 nos iba mejor

Exactly! FIFA basically guarantee Brazil a passage straight to the quarters or semis. Their groups are always like- China, Costa Rica, Japan, whatever...you watch! the 2010 WC in S.Africa will be 'handed' to Brazil, it's clear! To prove my point! Last night I watched Brazil - Australia in the women's WC quater final, which Brazil won 3-2...late in the game Australia should have had a penalty! was clear cut...they showed NO replays of it after it happened: MEDIA and FIFA = PRO- Brazil! there was NO way Australia would have been allowed to beat Brazil, they SUCK!!!

I am Italian and my team won the world champions in 2006, but RESPECT FOR ARGENTINA.
It's time for Argentina to win the next world cup, as I believe that Italy and Argentina play very similar football.
Unfortunately, we do not have a player like MESSI, but hopefully Giuseppe Rossi can do well (just check some youtube video).
