  • I just had BONZI build a boat for me this year and had nothing but problems with the poor quality and mistakes made during construction. The water pump was hooked up wrong causing water to be ingested into the brand new engine. Then it wouldn't run for more that a few min even at 20% power, That turned out to be a tank full of plastic shavings that clogged the fuel lines, filter and carburetor.

NOW my very expensive paint job is lifting off.

Not worth the money I paid to have this boat built !

  • I found it to be worth the money. It is a hell of a nice boat/motor but if your looking for better you should check out mhzusa.com

  • @Huntsalot

that guy is just full of crap. he says the water pump was hooked up wrong and ingested water into the motor. that can't happen. the motor's would just over heat. He just mis treated it and is pissed now. I wax mine almost everday. once you spend 7 grand on a bonzi rc boat you take care of it.

  • i have noticed that you make alot of left hand turns and therefore your boat doesnt run quite as well because it doesnt get the cooling needed if you only make right hand turns you will find that ur boat will run way better just in case you dont know

  • how much

    ???

  • Not much of a Navigator, ah?

  • Well we didn't actually have a destination spot picked out lol. The unfortunate part of driving an rc boat is you can never get to far away. With less than a 3000 foot range going to the US was out of the question :-)

  • Sounds a bit lean eh?

  • i luv rc boats but its always in the back of my mind that 1 day some twat is gonna hav to get real WET LOL------- o no i wrote this 5 secs before the vid finished lmfao some one get him a towel

  • i dont get it

  • I don't get it either. This boat always comes home :-)

  • you should post more videos of this beast!!!

  • there are more of her, and it's for sale too !

  • how much

  • wow thats awesome

  • looks way under powered!needs more BONZI mod done to her, or the inline 8hp. jmo

  • read his coments, hes breaking it in, meaning not putting the hammer down.

  • Good call SoundsFantasic ! No one seems to read the video info on the right side where it says I never exceed 65% throttle. Maybe I should have been more specific with the video title itself. :-)

  • Thats a great beast you have right there

  • that's cool

  • That IS a nice looking boat !! 5 and a half Hp - Should be able to push it through mud never mind water! Sounds nice. You'll need a bigger lake when it's run in. Nice clip

  • that is either a really slow boat or it is just screaming MORE THROTTLE!!!

  • It's Her Maiden Voyage. I'm breaking it in silly. Like the video says "Unfortunately I'm still breaking the boat in here so I never exceeded 65% throttle" Ish

  • hello,

do you have the BZx4 Ultra Mod on your g26. did you feel a big difference. do you think its worth paying $350. for the mods, have you had any problems. how fast u think the boat is going. do you have the Walbro WT-813 carb.

i just bought a blackjack 55 and wanted to do the bzx4 mods on my too. thanks

  • Yeah, it makes a huge difference in hole shot especially. It is the BZx4 with the big bore carb. I also have a Proboat Shockwave 55 I've moded out to about 2 horse. The Bonzi is defiantly faster. I'd say close to 60 mph !

  • Is that an MHZ boat?

  • I wish, It's the next best thing, "Bonzi Sport " 64 Inch Fountain

  • Kick ass boat, I thought they were faster though.

  • you should put some trimntabs on the boat. it sails to wet...

  • 5 and 1/2 horse?!?! Holy Buddah, that thing would pull a small child!! NICE!

  • .... more than a small child

5.5 horse power = a lot of torque

it can probably pull a TV... 52" ones

  • it sounds like my goped =D i have the zenoah air cooled g260rc. my glorified weed whacker motor on a 10lb scooter

  • But don't forget andeyking I get 45 minutes of runtime per tank and all I have to do is refill it and I'm back out for another 45 minutes. I should knock on wood saying this but the Bonzi has never stalled out in the water. And to answer your question alec246, a lot :-) Almost three grand Canadian.

  • ho wmuch are those things?

  • Sweet...But I prefer electric boats, never stall, always starts (As long as battery is charged, duh) and they're getting as fast as nitro's, too, for half the cost....I love my Villian EX =D

  • that wasnt bad for a first time fun at all =)

  • wi did it stall

  • It was it's first time ever starting. These things need setup (air to fuel) and break in time.

  • what engine?

  • The engine in the boat is a modified Zenoah 260 PUM done Bonzi and is five and a half horse power. Enjoy. (more) (less) ;)

  • Nice

  • cool man
