  • @djfunkychicken a real athlete is able to work out 2 hours. A casual person can do 1 hour.

  • @yohance depending on intensity bro.. if you train at your absolute maximum.. one hour is pretty taxing on your body. if you train ay 80% i understand that you train for 2 hours.. but max effort equals max gains. remember: bodybuilding and athletics aint the same thing as muscle mass has nothing to do with muscle endurance.

    You can try fat free shredded cheddar, it's low in calories high in protein and goes great with potatoes.
