  • I perfer old school workouts too,they are the best and old school guarantees you get ripped in 1.5months by simply drinking WHEY protein once a day. And thats just for amateurs. Advanced bodybuilders also prefer old school because it's the best!Nd the rest people who "invent"new" excersice might damage muscles for the rest of yourlife. So that's another reason.   • hey i know how you feel and i use to be the same, i use to be 100 pounds but right now im 180, this is what you need to do, eat long burning carbs every couple hours and eat through out the day constanly, little meals, work out then take MASS GAINER!!! if you want the fat, take the gainer that has lots of sugar, just the muscle take with little to no sugar, personally, i make my own mass gainer, its alot better for you, take normal whey protein add a scoop if rolled oats and 2 table spoons of

  • olivie oil, for every table sppon theres 100 calories, easy weight gain right there. you can find easy work outs on the web if you need it but be carfull what you hear about work outs and stuff they can be wrong.

Makes too much sense not to follow it. I think you are takin too much though.

    After. Also good time is right after you wake up. The point is to feed your body constantly, every 2-3hours.

  • after your work out, if you take it before, you use the protein as energy, before you work out take long burning carbs, and after drink the shake then one hour later eat cottage cheese with some yogurt, it contains casing in it that will make it long burning. eat 60 grams of protein right after your work out, then hour later the cottage, then eat 35-30 grams of protein one hour later then. before you go to bed, take the 20-25 grams of protein

  • @DrayDrawer You need to reduce fat in general to get rid of your manboobs. So focus on full body workouts to try and drop your fat first.

  • Hi Pete. Im having trouble to find the strenght on my chest day to do multiple chest workouts. I start out with DB flat bench press and do 4sets with decreasing reps (12-10-8-6) and increased weight. But after that im just so weak in my chest. Even if i work other muscles groups for 20minutes, i have a hard time doing flyers or anything free weight for chest... my arms n chest are just too shaky. What could I do?

  • @haradin1337 Well this is where machines can be great. So after your Bench press, get over to a pec deck, or inckine press machine and do what you can. Evnetually your strength will increase and you replace each machine with more free weights exercises.

  • Apparently bench press is the best chest builder and these variants will help excerise different parts of the chest, so it would prove to be a very helpful exercise routine for the chest.

    For my upper-body workout i do lets say;

    Biceps, Chest. Triceps, Shoulders, Biceps, Chest, Triceps, Shoulders, Back. . . Whatever but, i was wondering if i should just focus on one muscle group at a time;

    Like do a few bicep exercises then move on and do a few triceps exercises, then a few shoulder. . . All with variations though . . . What would be best for getting bigger? Help please :D

  • @Coolers1993 Interesting enought we will have this artcile on the website next week. The real question is where are you at? How long have you been training, how strong are you etc. You can do one muscle per day but only if you are ready for it and at that level. Otherwise I would do a 3 day split.

  • @7he7rooper The ones I use is not what I train with, it is just to show you how to do the exercise. You should use dumbbells that is heavy enought for you to only do 8 to 12 reps.
