The ONE STOP SHOP which is owned by Harvey Osmena(not a relative of Tommy osmena) also owns the EMISSION TESTING FACILITIES an the DRUG TESTING CENTERS around Cebu City. They also own the one at SM CITY Cebu. They are also the TASK FORCE ALPHA (TFA) who are abusive. Abusado kaayo mga towing personnel ni Harvay Osmena. I wasnt surprised when one of his drivers was hit by a lead pipe at Urgello.

Towing should be made at least 3 to 5 mins. if the driver is unavailable. and towing personnel should use their proper towing procedure like, use of siren, paging system and their blinker lights on. They should care to find the driver so that the dirver can be informe the violation that the driver made....

How about close all the streets para wala nay parking. we all just walk.... ok ko ana....kamo ok mo? How about the busienss in the City? How about employees, naa pa bay work if this wil happened? Yes that's right! I agree with you! but the problem is that ang mga towing personnel wala man disiplina pag tow sa vehicle.......They should the first one who should know how to disipline so that the driver or owner of the parked vehicles will respect them.....am I right?
It's legal to tow away parked vehicles but towing personnel didn't use proper towing procedure,....so they are now towing the parked vehicle illegally....right?
