  • How will i know if im squatting properly?, when picking up the cards....

  • @VaMpIrEmYdArLiNg rule of thumb for squats is to try and keep your knees behind your toes, push your hips back as you descend, and keep your chest up as mush as possible. I don't always follow these rules throughout some of my videos but those are the basics.

  • I tried this work out wed night and thur. i had to bring my son to school and i was so sore as i was walking him to school he ran off in to the street he seen his class mate ..and i tried to run after him i wanted to drop on the ground and cry i was in so much pain, it is a great work out tho  thanks for sharing it with us

  • i just did 15 cards for the first time and i almost died but i stuck to it... music helps so much... took about 20 mins to do... if I can do it, then everyone else should be able to do it... gotta stick to it

  • OMG I did this. First week (the week you posted it on FB) I did 10 cards and was sooo sore. Now I am up to 16 cards (256 squats). I plan on doing this twice a week. Is that ok? By the way, I showed the guys at work and they were saying how easy it was, one guy could only do about 7 cards and another guy did 100 squats but the were both SOOO sore that it was comical.

I only came across your video's a couple of days ago, but i have gain some motivation from them. I am on a weight loss journey as of right now. I just came back from a 3mile jog & now im going to do the Mike Tyson squats as you have demonstrated! I too have a big booty lol but im looking to slim down and tone my body up lovely!

  • Just tried this just to see if I can finish and I can say I'm proud of myself lol...I actually did them along with you in the video and like you said when I finally got done it felt like I was going to collapse!!! Thank for the workout!!!

  • I have a nice booty but I want to be rounder and high shelf butt lol . I did this and only really feel it in my thighs but I felt like my hips got flatter and butt was smaller. I don't know maybe I did the squats wrong :/.
