For me it's a 5/5 for my first order. I spend more than 130 dollars so I got the free fed ex shipping which makes things a lot easier. So I wait until I can make a big order. The bad thing about the site is that they don't offer so much stuff. They haven't had the palty hair dyes in stock for months now. I keep checking. I wish they had more skin care and makeup brands like peripera. I found that sometimes sasa.com is cheaper. I often compare the 2 sites. I buy the glue separeately.
