Fire this woman & hire 1 of the many unemployed (like me)! She's dressed in dowdy fashion, does not speak well (even reading prepared material) & lacks polish. Never makes eye contact - not even w/ camera lens! She's in business/real estate? What is your co. thinking? I tolerate peoples' religions, but lose the BIG cross - it looks like a religious fanatic's! (I know, you can't ask her to remove/hide it/get smaller cross; would probably would get sued!) Would be SO much better w/out her & audio!
