Looks quite crappy to me... i mean who wants to look at some fucking new york skyline and other buildings.. seems to me golfers like being outside with trees and hearing birds chirping instead of a shitty skyline smogged out and some mofucking traffic trudging on.

@lenniabbot i think the new york skyline gives it an original look to it.
I HATE the view and sound of that nearby airport. The airport is going to be the golf coarse killer!

More land for the rich and powerful. Looks like wet lands in there to me but hey... who cares when it's for the rich. Does he state how much he'll make? Probably get tax breaks too.
