  • Does Embry-Riddle have a Navy ROTC program?

  • @thegamer1504 Yes, the Daytona Beach campus has a Navy ROTC program. To learn more about the program visit our website at w ww. erau. edu

  • I'm a transfer student and I want to do this...do I still need to do all 120 credits?

  • @TonyAirlines Yes, the degree still requires 120 credit hours. Contact admissions for more information: international.admissions@erau.edu

  • how long does this degree take to complete ?

  • @greenlime100 The Air Traffic Management degree at Embry-Riddle requires students to take 120 credit hours. If mapped out with 15 credits per semester, you should be able to graduate in only 4 years!

  • @EmbryRiddleUniv Wow....only four years. Sounds great. What are the prerequisites ? are SAT's required etc. ?

  • girl at 1:46....DAMN!

  • my future kids can use the doe from the technology =) so to speak

  • 4 girls in 1 ERAU video?

I question the integrity of this video.

  • @RippedWookie The Air Traffic Management career field is expecting an increase in employment over the next decade, when 85 percent of U.S. air traffic controllers (14,000) will be eligible for retirement. Embry-Riddle's state-of-the-art simulation labs would make it enjoyable and worthwhile for any student...even females.

  • I used to wanna go to UF to get my degree in aerospace engineering but now i wanna go to Embry-Riddle!

  • I graduated from this program this past spring, and have to say it is amazing. The video did miss the fact that there are three labs for the program, the TRACON, which is mentioned, but there is also a Tower and Center or En Route lab, which between all three will simulate any facility you could get hired to as an air traffic controller.

  • That is very neat! :)

  • @Maverick986 Were you able to find a job once you graduated?

  • jvorus,

I could have gotten a job pretty easily, because I scored pretty high on my AT-SAT. But I have wanted a masters degree, and a back-up plan if something should happen that I would have to leave ATC early, or for after retirement.

W/in the next few years a large majority of current controllers is retiring so there is going to be a large number of open positions, so if you get into the program w/in the next couple years you would probably graduate around the back end of the hiring.

  • i can't wait!
