Flux full run + shortcuts

HHJSDNNJNFNSDJNFD TOO F**KING GOOD but seriously how do you wall kick twice on one wall? Is there some kind of technique besides looking towards the wall the whole time?

@Psyphoriac it's more about doing a parallel kick, which requires you to go at least about 45° towards the wall (kinda hard to explain, the point is, if you run parallel with the wall before you wallrun it will never work) and have to do a kickglitch immediately after you start the wallrun (i kick before i see the animation, basically when you hit the wall), the second wallrun is simply started from the jump in midair, nothing special there, if you nailed the kick its easy.

@taplonaplo Ok I'll try that, but 4 kickglitches before hitting the ground? I don't think so. Something I don't understand though is I have the jump button mapped to left click, and scroll up and then I have a program which makes scrolling down on my mouse scroll up. So three buttons all make me jump, and the thing is I STILL have trouble even getting one kickglitch. For example that kickglitch at the start of Impulse; I only get the bounce maybe 1 out of 3 tries.

@Psyphoriac it takes practice, you can even do the jump in midair with a single jump without mousewheel if your timing is right, the mousewheel just gives you a bigger window to do so, but you still need to time it about right. I usually just do one slow scroll down. I can't really give you a better advice than try some more.

@taplonaplo I practiced a little and I think I've finally nailed it! I scroll right after her leg disappears off the screen and I get it basically everytime :D

@Kampelapaa I don't understand your question but you should never have to delete any original file... there is no Flux_p.me1 file. It's TT_StormdrainsA02_p.me1 and it's in your Documents/EA Games/TdGame/Published/CookedP­C/Maps/sp02/. Could you rephrase your question?

@mezreel88 if you approach the wall from the right angle and kick as soon as possible you will go parallel to the wall, and then after doing the jump in midair you can wallrun.

I found an easy way to do that random shortcut. Just turn 180 degres and it's all good ;). I uploaded a run of a 1:02:33 time.

i just did the 4x shortct without mousewheel, it really isn't hard with the space button either.

I used adobe premiere pro cs4.

Basically i created the image in photoshop then used the image as another video overlaying the other one. If you have the progrm it's pretty self explanatory, but without it or a similar one which has the same function i can't really explain it.

Hát baszus, nem tudom, ezt már kipróbáltam 0:57 -nél és nekem nem sikerült ilyen hamar átugranom..., de mint írtam ez random..

Ha ezt az egyenes repüléses cuccot, betanulnám, akkor meglehetne csinálni 1 perc alatt is, de az nehéz és nagyon-nagyon kevés időm van...Beújítottam egy új barátnőt :)

Amúgy impulse-n szerintem közelébe nincsenek még a leggyorsabb útvonaltól.

Köszi. Az egyenes repülés annyira nem nehéz, az esetek nagyrészében elöbb elcsesztem mint hogy egyáltalán használtam volna :), és azért olyan 75%ban összejön ha van elég hely rendesen ráfutni. De télleg irto dühitö amikor az uccso falfutásnál cseszed el (velem többször is elöfordult, söt 1xer utána a sidesteppel :D)

Considering the chance of succeeding a mid-air jump is aproximatly 1/30, doing 4 of them in a row is unbeleivable. If you tell me that this is on consol i'll quit playing. Good video otherwise, would love to see your courses in the playstation network store.

I also wish DICE provided support for custom maps instead of forcing us to use workarounds, it probably would have made ME a more popular game :(

Today i felt like trying out jump-in-midair without mousewheel just for fun. I don't know if there is a difference between the space on keyboard and the button you use to jump on console, but it's really not THAT bad. i would say it's more like 1/5 (for me anyway, but i used the kickglitch a LOT so it might be the reason) and i even did a 3xjump in midair in a row without the mousewheel.

If yes copy the sp01, sp02 and tnmap.upk from the taplodlc folder to %documents%/EA Games/Mirror's Edge/TdGame/Unpublished/Cooked­PC/Maps

and then simply open them using the open feature in the editor.
