  • When will Americans learn to speak proper english, after listening such a bullshit corrupt form of "English Accent" which is very popularly known as "US or American accent" I think this woman deserves no right to speak english or represent english speaking people in anyway. For you silly ' Americans" you incarnage insult to the noble english language and dialects. If you do not want to speak proper english then change the name of your language from English/American english to Amlish.

  • @MegaSwapnill

yeah no, that's called dialects. please don't be another ignorant brit who thinks dissing the you essay gives them a free pass to anything; you guys still have the highest high school dropout rate of the white collar world, AND IT SHOWS.

  • Dialect defines the way people in a geographical area speak & differences in dialects is possible due to lack of proper education of language, however efforts could be taken to develop a standard Eng dialect/accent i.e RP.Two Nations must not be divided by a "common language".it is the language that should remain same irrespective of the reg/countries by the use of grammar, spellings or accents & due to this we must use "Authentic English" in its original form where it originated i.e England.

  • good video! my husband is half deaf and reads lips, this video will help him out for sure. thanks for posting : ] .

  • What qualifies this woman with this awful accent to teach pronunciation?

  • Post-colonial countries' modified versions of the original Old World languages are insignificant. And too numerous to take into account. Besides: these things are not matters of scale, but authority. Or would You also claim that we(the majority) know perfect latin, simply because there are so few people who actually do?

  • RP or nothing.

  • Shut up moron!!!! I´m learning English by her way. I thanks a lot God for that!

  • open your mounth I'm gonna CUM.!!!

  • the title is a little misleading as english is considered England accent.

  • RP English is a tiny subset of English and when viewed in the global context is irrelevant unless you're living in certain parts of the UK. Annoying as this accent is to you, there are infinitely more people who speak generally like this woman does than speak RP. Sorry.

  • yes i closely watched you lips, teeth, and jaw...and let me say it was exciting...: )

  • WTF is this shit? You call this "english"? That girl's from california, no doubts about that. Who needs this american bullshit? Show some proper (recievied pronunciation) english, or people will be better off listening to Stewie from family guy to learn pronunciation.

  • Which part of her pronunciation of inheritance wasn't to your red coat liking?

  • Only in America would someone presume people need help pronouncing this word. You certainly didn't inherit stupidity from us ''red coats''.

  • Long words in general can be difficult for non-alphabet users.

  • By the way you misspelled "received." Remember, it's I before E except after C. Also, remember to capitalize proper nouns.

  • Thanks for the correction. I always welcome having my mistakes pointed out. As for my liking example: She's pronunciung what should be a strong "A" as the american, soft, "E-like" sound. She's also softening the "er" to "air". The sad part is, I'm pronuncing it pretty much the same way, and I'm not even american. I'm one of theese guys around the world, who want to learn english, but keep getting american. It gets even more irritating, if you're in europe -way closer to britain, than the US.

  • @SirWhatthefuckever England is a tiny little country compared to the US, it's not as important.

  • Well, guess I'll go jerk off now. Thanks.

  • omd. :L

  • This is so racists. This is meant to keep the po' people down.

  • useful stuff. this video will change my life

  • That's not the point. Sure we know what it means, but its meant to teach you how to pronounce it! :p

  • It is really nice.

  • she pronounces it "ance" when she says it slowly but when she says it quickly it sounds like "ence" or "ince" which is the way it should sound.
