i got 2 phaaze on hyper mode my sis deleted my file D= =( btw doesn't matter which dificalty never try 2 fight an enemy in hyper mode without hyper mode on a regular trooper using hyper mode means losing 3 energy per shot when if you fail it takes 2 shots not using it means dieing if he has a partner

I'm currently playing through Hypermode (after finishing Normal and Veteran), I'm doing quite well considering I'm not that great at dodging powerful attacks from harder bosses.Playing through really makes you more aware of what you and other creatures/objects are doing.

I actually disagree with you on the whole difficulty of hard mode/ hyper mode thing. The only difficulty I found with hyper mode in Metroid prime 3 was Dark Samus, and I didnt have that big of a problem with Metroid Prime Hard, other then that my opinions are the same and i love your walkthrough so far. Nice vid, I'm not a massive fan of Super Metroid either, just felt like a rat in a maze, But I can totally appreciate the technical achievement of Super Metroid. You should really give Metroid Fusion a try, it's my favourite 2D Metroid game, If you don't like handhelds get a the gameboy player for the Gamecube and play it on the TV.

My favorite Metroid Prime game for the abilities: Metroid Prime 1 Metroid Prime 2 Metroid Prime 3 For the graphics 1 2 3 for the story 1 2 3 and overall 1 2 3 Metriod Prime 3 was soo bad compared to the first too even though it is a great game.

Do you have to scan the doors during the first part of the game for 100%. All it says is that it leads to to the other room, and if you turn around you can scan it again and it'll say it takes you back to the previous room. I did anyway, but it's really annoying. Like I always have my scan visor on just to see if there is anything that I missed in the beginning of the game.

@InstantMix that may be but it is a also in a way due to graphic nature, iv never played super metroid myself but i cant play it now due to the graphics of the game, if they 'renewed' the game maybe it would be more interesting, but it would score much profit for the gamemakers cause ppl will look at it like 'uhg its just a remake' so even less ppl will check it out and proly hate it more. also i found that the game itself was rather short and not very well explained during the game play.
