The most realistic one I can remember was terrifying to tears! I was at an indoor pool with my dad, stepmom, and two young brothers (may have been around 3 and 5 at the time). The boys were in the pool while the folks were elsewhere, and I was watching them. Josh, the older one, went under the water and I couldn't get to him. First I was putting all my strength in to getting to the pool except I was going at a snail's pace, then I couldn't reach my hand into the pool because it was solid....
...glass. Except Josh was still begging me to save him and it was the most excruciating dream EVER. Now that you mention it though, many of my nap dreams ARE very vivid and I remember them more often than overnight dreams. Like the fact it took me remembering that nightmare to remember the one I had last night where the Commanding General of our post died. Not a lot of happy dreams. Eesh.
Last one I remember: I was studying at a universe-saving academy, and then it was snacktime so I took a big fat tupperware of leftover ham steaks and put fresh fruit on top and shared it with this kid named Lil Orange (who does exist). I had an epic one the other night but can't remember :'(
I had a dream during the day where my friend was so happy and smiling dancing with a unidentified girl. It was great to see him so happy. It would have been nice to know who the girl was. Me maybe? Who knows? At night I just dream of really BIG things a lot. Like everything's huge and frightening. Larger than Marge's hair scary.
