On April 20, 2008 it snowed in Eugene during the morning, about 1/2 slushy inch right in town and 2 inches in the highest hills. I took a hike on Spencer Butte that day and got plenty of winter wonderland photos.
I remember when it usto snow every year, and not just a dusting like we get now! But I guess acording to the critics (Republicans mostly) Global warming doesn't exist (meaning this sarcasticly).
I know I'm not alone in saying this. I hate it when The West side of Oregon gets so much as a flurry, and having to put up with damn news breaks all day long cause it's up to an inch while on the East side we dont even have school cancelled till it's better than a foot.

that was a weird night for portland . my friend michael and I were at plaid pantry watching it all, but it did not stick in our area you...you did'nt save any did you? in the freezer maybe?
