I swear I had a problem with my account and I couldnt in any way speak to a person! the "chat representative" was a robot, while the person on the phone was a robot. Fuck Rogers and Fido and Bell and Telus, I'm switching to the new ones as soon as possible.
Press "0" it brings you straight to the customer service... as for FIDO you can never talk to anyone over the phone it's a robot automated.... what i do is go to the store in the MALL to express my anger!
Thanks for putting this up. I'm in the $tates and we can't watch the vidz from the website because we're not in Canada. There's a corporate curtain keeping us from getting any dangerous humour from Canada!
Rogers sucks.I refuse to have Cable.Soddy customer service,over priced and little choice.I mean,do we really need 32 news stations,lame reality Shows and 30 year old re runs?
The independent ISPs are superior to Bell/Rogers.
