the thing that the scientists think is that there was no jump.. but there was. The final shot before the bus goes up into the air, you can see it get launched off this ramp. They didn't digitally take out the ramp.

Of course, there are tons of ' while they're approaching the gap.

1) The sign infront of the gap disappears

2) There is no kicker ramp until the bus reaches the end, it isnt visible till the very last shot

so the effects of droping would eather drastically increase or decrease depending on how the aero dynamics catch. if me, a 12 year old, can figure this out in his head, why can't a scientist?

i think these scientist are mistaken, apparemtly they think the faster an object moves, gravity still does not have an effect. really, thats bull shit. The bus is yes, not very aero dynamic, but still if speeds were i don't know, lets say 300 mph, the bus wouldn't be dropping at the same speed for two reasons, 1. the busses mass and velocity, accompanied by trojectary would decrease the amount of drop for a certain amount of time (till velocity decreases) 2. the bus would be going alot faster-

Where they messed up at is that they used both 35ft and 40ft buses, the jump was a 35ft bus unless the angle of the camera made it seem shorter but as a bus lover im sure it was 35ft.

There are some physic students in the states saying this jump cannot be done for gravit. i think they should watch this to see ho they did it, and to prove it was make believe after all it is only a movie ! good film though thanks for posting:)
