Wow thank you for your fast reply. The owner informed me that it is based on the Black Five drawings of Martin Evans, although the (model) boiler is an experimental Briggs Boiler. Maybe the original Black Five proportions have been lost by this experiment. Or the builder wasn't that accurate : )

Martin Evans, who designed the black five in 7 1 / 4 inches with the name of Hailander.

If this locomotive has the boiler different then it will be a blak five rearranged.

I do not think that they were really done.
