I was under the impression that paramilitary meant a semi-military force such as S.W.A.T or in china the Peoples Armed Police are labeled as a paramilitary force and so are the Bangladesh Rifles. Anyway.....

Definitely not change we can believe in.Actually I think he may be scarier then Bush (who i could not stand either)he`s very aggressive early on in his presidency.I heard the surge was 17,000 but any amount is too much.We should not be in other countries we should be focusing on our own and minding our own business not policing the world.
