  • This is a good video but unfortunately she goes waay too fast! I wish should would take more time explaining the moves before jumping around. Not everyone knows these move names too.

  • hey i have a question. i have been doing this wrkout for like a month now and it doesnt sweat all dat much nw.. if u kno wot i mean. its lyk my body has got used to dis. also d weight loss process got stopped. so ne suggestions wot i shud do nw??

  • @deepshreeY - it's definitely possible that you have gotten used to the workout now. You feel comfortable with the moves and know what is coming next. My suggestion would to be to work on adding more intensity and power into your moves - focus on quicker and more powerful punches. Also try dropping lower into your legs. Sink back into your hips and heels to load the leg muscles. Hope this helps!! :)

  • Its getting to close to winter everyday now its colder outside & I live too far out of town to go to a gym, but work out @ home 6-7days a week.I found this workout about 4 months ago and have used it several times lately. Works very well. Thanks Mrs. White!

  • @ lovee00721, i think it's ok if she goes really fast because you need to move up your heart rate. and the movements vary so this workout is good for cardio intervals.

  • I just did this workout for only twenty minutes and I'm SWEATING like I never have before and I can feel that it workedy legs and my abs as well as burn fat!! I absolutely LOVE this!!

  • I agree with stormygrrl, I had a great workout (sweated like a pig) but during several of the combos (specifically the 'kicking' ones, I can never tell which way to kick and ended up just jumping/flailing during those sessions) I was extremely lost. Also I love how you have "pump up" music the whole time. A lot of workout videos have slow music during the cool down, and that makes me want to lay down afterward, but this keeps me pumped after the workout :D.

  • While I did get a good workout, I found the combos involving so many different moves very frustrating. It would be easier for people (like me) that aren't so coordinated to have fewer moves to follow for each combo. Is there a particular exercise advantage to cramming so many moves together? And if you must put so many moves in a combo, it would be better to do the first run of the combo slowly so your audience can follow along and grasp the moves before going full speed.

  • Hey Amy! This was my first workout since I've came down with a nasty cold for the past week...You kicked my butt by the 17:00 mark! I've really missed my kickboxing and hip hop classes, and have been trying to run, but it was too humid/stormy today to go out. So thanks for the vids! I'm curious...how many BPM are these running? I get bored with the same music, so I'd like to play my own over your music track (but hopefully still hear your calls!) Thanks again!

    I've just finished this , a also sweated a little , with my window opened and the fresh springtime air through the room. but when the job was done, I was asking myself , where did those 27 minutes go? ...because it was so fun that I didn't realize the time passing and the calories leaving me..
