Thanks for the upload. My experience is this product is horrible. It can't be my area as i have 3 sprint phones and their internet works fine. Virgin tech support is a joke. They have never resolved 1 issue with me let alone understand what i was talking about. maybe that's because like every other company out there now, the phones are being answered in India and Egypt. For the love of God don't switch from anything to this garbage!

The gismo works, but they've over sold the service, and don't have enough bandwidth to accommodate you all. whats the download limit per month for this , i got a dodo pre paid mobile wireless broadband and the fucktards limit your download use to 8gb a month even though if you have over 20gb available that you paid for , if i use 8gb in the month they turn it off and i have to wait till the next month starts over again to be able to use my remaining gb's

When I bought my Broadband 2 Go I was surprised that no one at bestbuy tried to talk my out of it.

After using both crickets and virgin mobiles I kinda like the virgin mobile better because even though it costs a little more there is no hassles of cancellation and being nagged to reactivate it. Crickets design is nicer but they try to keep people as a costumer and beg you to come back if you leave they also have a very small broadband network where virgin mobiles is huge

There is no sim card! Just plug it into your computer! Install the software and activate the card! It's very easy! I have one and it works perfectly!

I realize, but many smartphones can have a feature that turns them into a wifi hotspot. My phone has unlimited web for about 8 bucks. I can turn that into a wifi hotspot.

I bought this on July 4th from my local Best Buy and got a 15% discount :). It took about a 20 minute call to Virgin Mobile to activate the account. I installed it on an Acer A1 running XP and a laptop running 32bit Vista. Yes, the data plans are a bit high but fine for my casual use at work (where our internet is on lockdown).
