i just read an article on yahoo news about two wilkes-barre pennsylvania juvenile court judges who have been charged with taking 2.6 million in kickbacks from juvenile detention facilities. evidently theyve been sending kids there for minor infractions for years. reminds me of when it came to light in my own county that several circuit court judges were co-owners of a court ordered 90 day inpatient drug treatment facility. can you say 'conflict of interest'?
