i watched this up to 2.30 and had to stop because i couldn't stop crying.i then read the comments and learnt that the young boy has since gone to a better peaceful place.my heart goes out to his family,god bless you all x

Sadly, Jacob passed away March 21st, 2010. We miss him so much. He touched many lives.

I don't know you, but I'm just bawling watching this. As the mom of her own Jacob. As the mom who watched her other son (not Jacob) go through his own struggles (multiple open-heart surgeries). Sending you love & strength from PA.
