Thanks for the tip! Picked this one up at my Sunflower Market (like whole foods, but smaller chain). Love the scent over HSR conditioner (it's still a staple though) and the moisture balancing aspect of it. My hair does very well with Aubrey Organics and just think it was right in front of me the whole time. Thanks again for the review. Question: which and where do you purchase your black soap?
I purchased my black soap from New Leaf Market.. ummm i dont really remember the brand that makes it.. :/ next time i purchase it ill make a point to remember Iv actually never seen it sold anywhere else in the area im in so ill just be buyn that brand unless i decide to order online.. is there a certain brand you trust that i should b aware of?

I am going into 9 weeks since my last perm and I don't wanna big chop either - lol... HELP!
Hey aprailss... i took a look at your video and i actually transitioned with hair about the same length as yours.. at fist i just did my regular roller set.. but as my hair grew it wasnt working as well. i would suggest trying staw sets, flat twist, and braidouts. These styles help me keep my sanity lol... um id also suggest trying a vegatable glycerin mix on your hair (it makes your new growth really soft so its easier to manage with your relaxed hair)
hair that is protein sensitive becomes very dry and brittle after using a product with protein in it. honestly i think the only way to kno is to try a product with protein in it and see how your hair reacts. If you don't already use products with protein i would just suggest a different formula of conditioner. :)
You know they have protein conditioner too which I'm trying. I have the honey sicle rose conditioner...love it.

I agree... I love GPB also!!! Its awesome. I also co-wash with the Honeysuckle Rose conditioner weekly... its also a good product.

How do feel about the strong scent?? I used it once and it took 2-3 days for the scent to fade. I hated it!

People who are sensitive to protein shouldn't use that particular conditioner, but another one from the Aubrey Organics line might work for them.
