I dont really get the stroyline too, but since its only part1, part 2 isnt out yet. I'm guessing that shiwon got transplanted with han kyung's heart and hankyung is a loving couple with yeonhee. thus shiwon found yeonhee by following his heart and when he saw her, his heart aches. and something that out of this mv, shiwon is actually the one who killed hankyung, he's the robber, thus he's so miserable when he faced yeonhee. :)
