@PASCALP25 Yes but only specialized exercises that "tap into" or "re-train" the automatic postural control centers of the brain is by artificially changing where the brain perceives the major center masses of body are in relation to each other via highly specialized scoliosis exercises. The brain will soon begin to learn these new neurological "pathways" and soon will learn to hold the scoliosis spine in a straighter position automatically.
@drkevinlau thanks, I already tried to replace my atlas axis and it seems that it helped, my back pain is reduced, I m gonna take your book , it worth to try, I thought my scoliosis was pretty bad from what the chiro, and doc told me, but i guess I can be grateful when I see some people
