@Cyamint Sure thing. Due to the fading in and out of his voice, it's hard to tell what he says near the end. But from what I can tell, he says "Wouldn't the world be better off if we took that?" I've got no earthly idea what it means, but it appears to be the same person who says the "Marvin's Marvelous Mechanical Museum" bit at the beginning of Welcome to Tally Hall.
