I have to wonder if this is pure Yaman because of the shuddh ma which one hears occasionally (though even in Yaman proper that note may be heard very fleetingly for just an instant, I believe). Could it be Yaman Kalyan - or another Kalyan Thaat raag? I need a Classical Indian music-guru to ease my troubled mind. Namaste, Guruji, the pupil is ready to learn ! Joel-chela
