easiest boss in the game for sure... dark bowser is just a crappy version real bowser. even bowser x is harder... then again thats probably because u get bowser x after completing all this crap and some more.

@axyskilet i see were ur coming from but from my experiance (think i spelled it wrong?) i found that the y button also can inhale so when i press y and x in an alternating pattern he has no chance of escape. and i'm lvl 43 bros lvl 35 bowser because i stayed in the airway and fought like a madman. making dark bowser easy as pie. but hey if u hav trouble fighting him just remember y and x will let u inhale fawful faster and broggy bonker is the best for taking d bowser down.

Fawful really followed in cackletta's steps. like cackletta took over bowser, fawful became the heart of dark bowser. then the bros. go inside his body and demolish fawful, witch was a huge monster like cackletta before his downfall.

@steeledminer616 You should try WinDS PRO. It contains two emulators, Desmume, which is for me the best emulator around, and No$GBA, which if I remember correctly runs better on old machines. Give it a try :)

@GoldenYoshi13 Well, it must be your computer. I used it on an old Dell with intel Centrino and it was laggy all the time. I use it now on my new laptop with Core i7 and it runs a whole lot better, but it's not perfect, it still lags a bit. You can see it from the videos on my channel, they had to be speeded up a bit

Some advice: You only need to regular punch Dark Bowser's stomach to get at Fawfu. And Mario and Luigi's normal jumps are enough to break Fawful's glasses.

I actually figured out where the rest of the Blitties were, went to see that French guy in Dimble Woods, got Brogie (sp?), went to that puzzle guy's house in Plack Beach and got the Spin Pipe Attack (didn't realize I needed it until we looked it up online) and now we are trying to beat Dark Bowzer and Fawful, or better known as THE IDIOT. Heh. I can't stand that little dude. Good grief he is annoying!

@darkbowser1000 For those who can't absorb Dark Fawful, use your nail instead of your whole finger. Somehow it is easier.

To Answer your question, darkbowser1000, the Dark Star enters Bowser's body, copies his DNA, and makes a Dark Bowser. However Fawful takes half his power and turn into a dark version. After defeating him (where he ends up as that black orb) ,Dark Bowser absorbs him and completes full power, then you battle Dark Bowser. After defeating the Star Core, Dark Bower is ended.

@naruto1234572635: I don't see that as a problem at all. Not knowing your enemy's HP makes games seem a lot easier because you know how close you are to winning. The fact that HP is hidden makes the game keep the suspense, since you never know how close you are to winning. This boss could've had twice as much HP and not shown it all it woulda done was feel twice as rewarding.
